This practice honors where you are today — no pushing, no proving, just kind, supportive movement that meets you exactly as you are while also building strength in the core to support your body.
In this practice, you'll:
💙 Move gently through pain-friendly poses
💙 Release tension without forcing or straining
💙 Support your tired body with restorative movements
💙 Build strength and mobility at your own pace
💙 Practice self-compassion through movement
💙 Remember that rest is part of healing
All movements are done lying down and can be skipped as needed. Listen to your body and take what serves you, leave what doesn't.
Your body is not failing you. You're doing the best you can, and that's enough.
