Описание: Get ready for this total body Pilates fat burn workout challenge designed to burn body fat and tone your abs without any equipment needed. This intense 30-minute at-home Pilates session is low impact and targets both your upper and lower body, sculpting and aiding in fat loss. For optimal full-body fat loss results, complement this workout with my longer fat burn sessions available on my channel. We'll go through 32 moves, with 40 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. Today, it's a no-repeat session, so give it your all. Roll out that mat and let's get started!
