Today's workout focuses on steady-state cardio targeting your waist, abs, and arms. This moderate-paced Standing Abs Cardio Core Kickbox Workout will tighten and tone your midsection while burning calories. Focus on feeling each movement in your core! For added resistance, you can use 1lb Laceup Wrist Weights (optional). We have 10 moves, each performed for 40 seconds with a 10-second transition. After 2 rounds, we'll SCULPT those arms with heavier weights (I'm using 8lbs.), doing all standing exercises. With 10 moves for 50 seconds each and 10-second transitions, this keeps your heart rate up and builds endurance and strength. As a bonus, we'll move to the beat of the music, helping you push a little harder! Let's GO!!
