Welcome to my Saturday workout of 16 x 400m reps with a very small recovery window. The idea of this workout was to get used to running with a high HR at speed with minimal recovery. All of these 400s were done within a 2 minute window so if I ran a 400 in 1.25 then I would have 35 seconds recovery before going again.
The wind was strong due to the storm we are currently having but I clocked some solid paces and it was a great confidence boost.
