Grassroots Approach to Alcohol Policy - A Nova Scotia Sharing

Описание: Part of the Alcohol policy in Canadian municipalities webinar series. This session highlighted Nova Scotia’s grassroots approach to reducing alcohol harms by fostering stronger community and municipal engagement. Through real-world examples, presenters shared how to create conditions for safer and healthier alcohol policy at the local and provincial levels by expanding networks of community allies to strengthen advocacy efforts, and seizing opportunities presented by shifting social norms around alcohol. Participants gained practical insights into cultivating momentum and advancing policy change within their own communities.
