Just a quick clip! Video showing how the system works on the Great Orme Tramway at Black Gate - when the descending (or ascending) car's crew see the signals at red they send a confirmation to control at Halfway that the lights are against the trams. The trams are thus slowed down. When the signals change and the tram route indicator changes from vertical to horizontal another confirmation is sent to control at Halfway acknowledging the route is clear over the road crossing and the trams' normal speed is restored. #NorthWales #GogleddCymru #Llandudno #YGogarth

I took enough video to make a feature on the Great Orme Railway, however I'm sure others' videos would surpass whatever I did - hence these snippets of the line's operation are probably sufficient.
