Grenada/St.Vincent & The Grenadines, 12/2019 - 01/2020
We've always said "If there was an opportunity, we'd try sailing a catamaran." And there we go.. Some friends ask us if we are into skippering a Lagoon 38 for them from Grenada to Martinique in 10 days.
This is part 1, about taking over "Peaches" and sailing until the Grenadines. Sun, sails, beaches, animals, palm trees and the most beautiful colours included. :)
We took over the boat at Port Louis in St.Gerorge's, Grenada and started from there with a day-sail to Tyrell Bay, Carriacou. Until then we had already learned, that handling a cat is not a rocket science but actually super fun!
From there we went further to the Grenadines, spent one night in Mayreau and then New Year's Eve on Happy Island and in Clifton on Union Island. The new year we started with enjoying the Tobago Cays, before sailing on towards Bequia..
Thanks for an awesome new (sailing) experience, a funny New Year's Eve, and a good time with lovely people!
