First time on Catamaran Part 2 (SVG to Martinique) - ADIXIS High on seas / Ep.14

We've always said "If there was an opportunity, we'd try sailing a catamaran." And there we go.. some friends ask us if we are into skippering a Lagoon 38 for them from Grenada to Martinique in 10 days..

This is part 2, about our way from the Grenadines to Martinique, with nice sailing and stops in the most famous places underway, including an island tour on St.Lucia with amazing views, zip lining, volcano and lots of rainforest.

We stayed one night in Bequia and started the next day early in the morning to sail a long stretch until St.Lucia. We had a short look into the Wallilabou Bay on St.Vincent, a film set of Pirates of the Caribbean, and stopped for lunch under the Pitons on St.Lucia. Another short round through Marigot Bay and then overnight at anchor in Rodney Bay. Although timewise bit rainy it was a nice sailing day (for a catamaran). The next day we went into Rodney Bay Marina, to leave the boat all together for an island tour, which lead us southwards over some really nice view points until the volcano in Soufrière. We didn't have much time for more stops, after we had spontaneously decided, to go zip lining. But it was great fun and totally worth it!
No cruise ships were in the big port of the capital Castries that day, so we were almost alone underway on the island.
The next day we sailed the last time to our final destination Martinique, where we spent the last evening at anchor in Le Marin. Our last day we spent on the island together, then Przemek and me went on Rhea to work for two months.
