Reiki works best when practiced with consistency. Healing is not instant; it unfolds over time, layer by layer, as we release what we’ve carried for so long. Please be gentle with yourself along the way.

✨This is a real-time Reiki session, recorded from start to finish. Throughout the session, my full attention is devoted to channeling energy, which is why I remain silent. Gentle background music is included to support a deeper state of relaxation. If you prefer silence, you can mute the audio. The Reiki energy is not connected to the sound.

Some people have more support, stability, and resources in their lives right now, which can facilitate change and positive shifts more quickly. Other people are carrying heavier stress, limited support, financial pressure, health strain, or past trauma. When someone has been in survival mode for a long time, progress can take longer and can happen in smaller steps. Because of this, results vary. Some people notice shifts during a session or within a few days. For others, changes may take weeks or months.
