“Clairs” are the ways intuition shows up through different senses. In intuition opening, clairs becomes easier to notice and use. For example, claircognizance can feel like a clean insight that pops in. Clairaudience can be a brief inner phrase that leads you to what you need. This session is to help increase your intuition; you notice subtle signals more often and easily.

How to Use This Session:
🔹Choose a comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.
🔹You may keep your eyes open or closed, whichever feels best for you.
🔹Relax and allow yourself to be open to receiving the Reiki energy.
🔹You can also let the video play in the background while resting, journaling, or doing light household activities.
🔹Do not use this session while driving or operating heavy machinery.

Reiki works best when practiced with consistency. Healing is not instant; it unfolds over time, layer by layer, as we release what we’ve carried for so long. Please be gentle with yourself along the way.

✨This is a real-time Reiki session, recorded from start to finish. Throughout the session, my full attention is devoted to channeling energy, which is why I remain silent. Gentle background music is included to support a deeper state of relaxation. If you prefer silence, you can mute the audio. The Reiki energy is not connected to the sound.

Some people have more support, stability, and resources in their lives right now, which can facilitate change and positive shifts more quickly. Other people are carrying heavier stress, limited support, financial pressure, health strain, or past trauma. When someone has been in survival mode for a long time, progress can take longer and can happen in smaller steps. Because of this, results vary. Some people notice shifts during a session or within a few days. For others, changes may take weeks or months.

These sessions are offered as support for your well-being. I am not promising the attainment of any specific outcome, timeline, or result. What you experience will depend on your unique situation, your body, what you are carrying right now, and your own path and life purpose.
