1970 Ampeg GU-12 Amp Demo
Recently picked up this vintage Ampeg amp , rumored to be the model that Keith Richards played during the Exile on Main St. recording sessions! Paired with a vintage tele, this amp sounds insane! The amp has a killer spring reverb, but has a bit of a hum once its past 12 o clock. The tremolo is extremely versatile and can go from Pops Staples to Link Wray. The speaker is not original, its an Electro-Voice SRO and it weighs a ton.
