Join me and the Climb2Recovery team in this third instalment of Alpine Training in Chamonix. This is a two part video so be sure to look out for the second which will be released shortly after this one.
We journey from Aiguilles Rouge and over Les Crochues before catching the cable car back down and then up the other side of the valley in preparation for the following day (a very early start!).
