Описание: Join me on a recent alpine skills training course in Chamonix France, courtesy of Climb2Recovery. This will be the first in a short series of videos shot in the French Alps.

Climb2Recovery is a charity that supports wounded, injured and sick veterans of the British Armed Forces by enabling them to develop their mountaineering skills and even gain qualifications to progress into employment.

I have been a beneficiary of this amazing charity since I left the military in 2020 and in the near future I will be making a dedicated video explaining the outstanding work that they do.

I honestly don't know where I would be right now if it weren't for these amazing people.

For now, sit back and enjoy the footage of us learning to crevasse rescue on a glacier high up on L'Aiguille Du Midi.
