Ingredients For Mikate Ya Loso (Rice Balls): Milk, Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Rice, Vegetable Oil & 1 Glass of Water.
Step By Step
1. Add two cups of milk, three cups water and 2 cups of rice into the pan.
2. Stir the rice and milk let boil for 30 min.
3. Once it's boil add the rice into the bowl, a spoon of vanilla extract, 1 cup of sugar and mix the ingredients together.
4. Shape the rice into balls, whisk the egg then roll the rice ball into the whisked eggs and flour.
5. Finally, you put the rice balls in the heated oil and let it fry for 5 mins.
