Ingredients: Chopped Tomato, Vegetable Oil, Madesu (Beans) Ginger, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Spring Onions, Water, 2 Maggi Cube, Knows Cube, Mbisi Ya Kokawuka (Smoked Fish) and Onions.
Step By Step
1. Add 2 Maggi cubes & onions into the Madesu (beans).
2. Then add water and let it boil for 2 hours.
3. Once it's boiled, add 3 cups of water & the chopped Mbisi Ya kokawuka (smoked fish) heat it for 5 mins.
4. Add the onions, spring onions, ginger, garlic, tomato puree and oil into the pan and let it fry 7 mins.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes into the pan then give it a stir once that's done put it into the Madesu (beans) Na Mbisi Ya Kokawuka (Smoked Fish) then add 2 knows cube and let it all boil for 15mins.
