Description
This skill can be performed from a cross or side position.
The gymnast performs a Straight jump with half turn on a beam.
The beam must be a minimum of 60cm high from the safety matting.
Assessment
Can the gymnast:
Demonstrate a straight shape in the air?
Complete the 180° rotation?
Adapt their feet position to land safely on the beam maintaining their balance on landing?
