#MixVegetable is not just a treat for the taste buds but also super quick to prepare, thanks to my special Master Gravies: #MasterMasala, #Makhani Gravy, and #WhiteGravy.

Ingredients : For 8 to 10 people
Vegetable :
250 gm beans
1 medium size cauliflower
2 large potatoes
400 to 500 gms carrot
200 gm matar
100 gm paneer
Masalas :
2 table spoons oil
1 table spoon jeera
2 table spoons ginger garlic paste
Salt according to taste
1 table spoon kashmiri ted chilli powder
haldi is optional (as it is already in chop masala)
1 table spoon coriander and jeera powder
1/2 table spoon kasuri methi
5 table spoons Chop Masala
3 tbspn White Gravy
4 table spoons Makhani Gravy
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 table spoon butter
1 table spoon cream
