Описание: A chat with LA designer Drew Curry that spent 3 months in Calcutta and was impacted by what he saw and felt. His collection is about human touch. The exhibition was called Sunflower Gardens and is about the balance between protection and fragility. Thin threads make embroideries that are meant to be broken. Pockets are hidden under a layer of fabric the fabric has to break to use the pocket. Saffron is a colour in some of the knits it exudes the power and serenity of monks.Press: cwitch media
