We made a wine from strawberry preserves. Pretty humble, pretty simple. We did it mostly to see just how necessary it is to add pectinase in a brew that SHOULD have a lot of pectin! Well, it came out clear, perfectly clear, and now here we are a year later, giving it a taste. We liked it before. How is this strawberry jam wine a year later?
