The May 2025 edition of "Uren Luren Himmelturen" by DNT (The Norwegian Trekking Association). This time randonee from Fondsbu in Jotunheimen to:
Day 1: Langeskavlen. 15,4 km and 873 m ascent
Day 2: Høgbrøtet. 11,3 km and 599 m ascent
Day 3: Uranostind and Slingsbytind. 27 km and 1365 m ascent
The DNT-cabin Fondsbu west of Bygdin was our base at 1060 m elevation.
Thanks to the guides Thomas and Lars Ivar for a great "package" and to Fondsbu for excellent food, accomodation and the surprice party with live band at Saturday to mark the end of the season.
