Описание:
2 lbs chicken seasoned with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 organic no salt seasoning, 1/4 tsp dry thyme leaves, 1/4 tsp dry oregano, 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
heat up 3 tbsp of oil in pot and brown chicken for 10-12 minutes
then add 6 cups hot water, 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 2 jalapeños and the juice from the can
boil for 15 minutes then add 2 lbs onion and let it cook for another 10 minutes then add some cilantro (optional) cook for 1 minute
