Escabeche is a soup eaten on Sundays and other special occasions in Belize. It's hot and spicy and typically eaten with corn tortillas.

👩🏻🍳 BELIZEAN ESCABECHE
2 1/2 lbs chicken, cut up
1 tbs oil
1 tbs Season-All
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 of a small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
7 cups water
1 can 7 oz green pickled jalapenos
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
2 medium onions, sliced and separate into rings
