Описание: Strong glutes are about more than looking cute in some shorts. Your glutes (booty) are a big muscle group that brings power for lots of other exercises, as well as provides support to avoid injuries. This workout doesn't have a ton of different exercises, so we are going high on the reps to keep the volume. This means focusing on your form throughout all the reps as you start to fatigue. Think about squeezing those glutes and supporting with a strong core in every exercise. This one had me sore for a few days, so be sure to get your Phormula-1 and Ignition in right away to give your body the best chance at proper recovery. Have fun building those pumpkins!
