What I eat in a day in a calorie deficit my goal is 1800 calories eating high protein and high fiber meals including a little update, new routine , goals etc.
Dinner recipe - chicken and broccoli cheesy pasta
Recipe serves 3 people - reduce the chicken portion to lower the calories if you wanted
Chicken breast raw weight 620g
Penna pasta dried weight 180g
Broccoli 330g
Onion 60g
Reduced fat soft cheese 200g
Semi skim milk 375ml
Grana Padano cheese grated 50g
Cook for 3-4 hours on high in slow cooker
30 mins before serving add the dried pasta and 40g light cheese
