What I eat in a day in a calorie deficit my goal is 1800 calories/ 113g Protein/ 29g Fiber / 1.6L water/ 8k +steps per day/ 3x workouts per week.
This day I had 1700 calories/ 125g protein/ 28g Fiber working from home so my activity and steps have changed slightly I done an update on last weeks video if you haven’t seen it already.
