Beef Bhuna is a rich, intensely flavored South Asian curry (especially Bengali) where beef chunks are slow-cooked with aromatic spices, onions, ginger, and garlic, resulting in tender meat and a thick, reduced, "dry" sauce rather than a watery gravy, often with a hint of tang from tomatoes .
Ingredients
▢Mustard oil 1/2 cup
▢Bay leaves 2
▢Green cardamom 4- 5
▢Cloves 4-5
▢Cinnamon stick 2
▢1 tsp cumin seeds
▢2 lbs Beef Cubes
▢3 Onions Sliced
▢4-5 Tomatoes Slices
▢1 tbsp Ginger Paste
▢1 tbsp Garlic Paste
▢2 tsp Salt
▢1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
▢1 tsp Jeera Powder
▢½ tsp Turmeric Powder
▢1 tsp Garam Masala

▢3-5 sliced green chilies
