Paneer Butter Masala
Paneer butter masala is a popular Indian dish made of paneer in a rich, creamy, and tangy tomato-based gravy called makhani sauce. It is served with Indian breads like naan, roti, with rice . The gravy gets its richness from butter, cashews, and cream, while spices like garam masala, chili powder, and kasuri methi add to its flavor.
INGREDIENTS :
200 gms Paneer cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Medium Onions, finely chopped
1½ Teaspoons chopped Ginger
3-4 Garlic Cloves
Whole Garam Masala
3 Medium Tomatoes
1 Medium Onion
6-8 Cashew Nuts
4 Teaspoons Char magaz
1 Small piece of Bay Leaf
2 Green Chillies
1 teaspoons Kasuri Methi
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1 Teaspoon or to taste Red Chili Powder
6 Tablespoons Fresh Cream
2 Tablespoons Butter
Sunflower Oil
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
