Ingredients for Spicy Chicken Masala

Chicken legs - 10 pieces
Mace - 1 whole piece
Fennel seeds -1 Tsp
Dry Kasuri Meethi - 2 Tbsp
Curry leaves - 10-15
Black cardamom - 2 piece
Green cardamom - 2-3 piece
Star anise - 1
Black peppercorn - 10-15
Dry red chilli - 2-3
Yoghurt - 3/4 cup
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garlic paste -2 tsp
Ginger paste -2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Olive oil / any oil - 4 tbsp
Bayleaf - 2
Slit green chillies - 3
Grated medium size onion - 2
Tomato puree thick paste - 3 tsp
Plain water - 1/2 cup ( you can add water as per your need)
Fried onion medium size - 3
Desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp
Butter cubes - 40 gm
Fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves
Ginger julians
