Join me as we work on four exercises that will challenge our hips and our balance. You are welcome to hold onto a chair for support as needed throughout the workout. The physio band is an optional piece of equipment to provide extra resistance.
This is a gentle series of exercises for anyone looking to strengthen their hips, including seniors and those starting out on their fitness journey.
