In this interactive workshop, educators of Spanish heritage language learners will discover how collaborative digital annotations can improve students' reading comprehension. Participants will explore practical strategies to guide students in summarizing, paraphrasing, connecting ideas, inferring new vocabulary, and evaluating academic texts using the Perusall platform. Educators will leave with ready-to-use activities that foster critical thinking, classroom collaboration, and meaningful engagement with texts.
