Quiet space where you can relax

Yoga Classes with Zanna
I’m Zanna, your yoga teacher from England. My teaching style is gentle, nurturing and calm. As a lifelong yoga practitioner and more than a decade teaching yoga, I help people find strength, grounding and mental calm through simple, accessible movement.
What is Hatha Yoga?
Hatha yoga is a steady, accessible practice combining breath, mindful movement, and gentle strengthening. Each pose is done slowly and consciously, helping improve: mobility in the hips, back, shoulders, balance and coordination, muscle tone and strength, breathing capacity, focus and mental calm.
Choose this class if you're dealing with:
stiffness in the spine, hips or shoulders
stiffness in the shoulders or neck
stress, overwhelm or racing thoughts
pain in the lower back
low energy or burnout
beginner-level strength or balance
recovering mobility
long-term tension, aches or tightness
