Описание: I’m Zanna, and this 1-hour Yin yoga class is perfect for seniors, beginners, and anyone who feels stiff or unsure where to start. My seated, slow style makes yoga accessible to every body — you don’t need flexibility, strength, or confidence, just a willingness to slow down.

Minimal exercise equipment required for this full body workout. All you need:
Yoga mat and a cushion or blanket
Yoga bolster
Quiet space where you can relax
Comfortable clothes (stretchy and/or loose)

Yoga Classes with Zanna
I’m Zanna, your yoga teacher from Essex in England. My teaching style is gentle, nurturing and calm. As a lifelong yoga practitioner and more than a decade teaching yoga, I help people unlock the power of yoga for healing and wellbeing.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin yoga is a slow, seated practice - suitable for yoga beginners and popular with seniors. Each pose gently releases tension - especially in the hips, spine, legs, and shoulders. By holding each pose, you give the body time to stretch and strengthen. Yin yoga brings deeper stretching, improved circulation, easier breathing and calmer thoughts.

Choose this yoga class if you’re dealing with:
stiffness in the shoulders or neck
difficulty getting up and down
tight hips or sore legs
pain in the lower back
stress, overwhelm, or busy thoughts
insomnia
heart palpitations, fast heart rate (tachycardia) or slow heart rate (bradycardia)
limited mobility or restricted movement
long-term illness or existing injuries
