Our STORY:
Zuk Fitness was founded by a lifelong athlete who tragically became a very high level quadriplegic at 25, and found a new life goal. He found there were no good motivating options for working out as a quad, and wanted to regain his love for fitness and share it with the spinal cord injury community & everyone else with mobility impairments.

Even though most of our workouts right now are instructed by a quadriplegic or paraplegic fitness trainer, my grandmother started doing our quadriplegic workouts and they are perfect for her. She says it has been a life changer.
