Today's Neuro Rep: Self-regulation.
Daily Personal Accountability is Self-Regulation.
Daily Personal Accountability is NOT Personality.
It is the brains ability to execute despite discomfort, on the daily basis.
If you can Self -regulate, any system works.
If you cannot Self-regulate, no system will save you.
You will be using the following brain circuits for today's Neuro Rep: dlPFC, ACC, vmPFC, insula, mPFC and Basal Ganglia.
Today's Neuro Rep Assignment:
1. List what Principle of Real Leadership you selected and why and who did you have a conversation with about it.
2. Your Neuro Rep today is, complete one NECESSARY action without telling anyone. Without posting it. Without waiting to FEEL Ready.
3. Once you've completed the assignment come back and type, "Done," as well as what took place before, during, and after and takeaway(s) that you had.
4. Your Neuro Rep Assignment must be turned in by 8:00pm PST.
