The Sylvian Boss Fight from Fear & Hunger.
Sylvian, the Old God of Love & Marriage, is one of the most difficult bosses in the entire game. She can only be faced on Terror & Starvation or Hard Mode after defeating Francois and sitting on the Golden Throne, or allowing Le'garde to sit on the throne and ascend to New Godhood.
The player will then face the eldritch squid monster as she rises from the Green Hue on the path to the game's final encounter.
