After 28 fulfilling years in the corporate world, a deeply personal concern reshaped my life—the future of my 25-year-old son on the autism spectrum. Standing at the crossroads of career and caregiving, I chose to leave behind corporate comfort to join my wife in the social impact venture we co-founded in Jaipur.
