After 28 fulfilling years in the corporate world, a deeply personal concern reshaped my life—the future of my 25-year-old son on the autism spectrum. Standing at the crossroads of career and caregiving, I chose to leave behind corporate comfort to join my wife in the social impact venture we co-founded in Jaipur. Our shared purpose crystallized: to empower one lakh persons with disabilities to find dignified employment by April 2029. This mission gives my life meaning and fuels my unwavering commitment to guide others on their journey from worry to impactful action.
