Converting FrSky R9 modules and RX's to ExpressLRS

I'd had the "convert R9 to ELRS" on my to-do list for a while, but as one of my lovely Patreon supporters, Wez, said he said wanting to convert his and could I provide a guide, I decided to spring into action.
The official documentation is very good on how this is done, but it might not be obvious at first glance that your need to flash the boot loaders on both the modules and RX's (you do!) I also found the picture of the hardware mod on an ACCST R9 module a little tricky to make out and wasn't completely sure if my RX had to be flashing or not if it wasn't powered via USB, but these were simple once worked out.
