Next up is Legs and Abs split workout doing it a bit earlier in the week because we are doing all split. So we will do another split on next day as well. Going to cover lot of legs and core abs workout.
Make sure you stretch and warmup with body weight squats.
You can find the first Cycle 1 in our Intermediate series playlist. Do Cycle 1 for several weeks, at least 2 to 3 and then move on to Cycle 2, and do that for 2 to 3 weeks and then to Cycle 3 etc.
Make sure you stretch before each workout.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Body Weight Squats
1 Sets of 25 Reps
Stationary Lunges
5 Sets of 20 Reps each leg
Barbell Squats
5 Sets of 12 Reps
Leg Extension (1 Sec Pause)
5 Sets of 15 Reps
Leg Press
5 Sets of 12 Reps
Leg Curls
3 Sets of 33 Reps
Plank
3 Sets of 2 minutes
Curl Ups
3 Sets of 33 Reps
