Next up We are going to cover a Great Bicep & Back Split Workout for Mass. As stated before, we are doing more split workouts and longer workouts, more workout and longer workout.
Make sure you stretch and warmup.
You can find the first Cycle 1 in our Intermediate series playlist. Do Cycle 1 for several weeks, at least 2 to 3 and then move on to Cycle 2, and do that for 2 to 3 weeks and then to Cycle 3 etc.
Make sure you stretch before each workout.
Following is what we performed in this routine:
Lat Pull Down
4 Sets of 10 Reps
Pull ups
4 Sets of 10 Reps
Close Grip Seated Rows
5 Sets of 15 Reps
Reverse Grip Barbell Rows
5 Sets of 15 Reps
One Arm Dumbbell Row
3 Sets of 12 Reps
Alternate Dumbbell Curl
3 Sets of 8 Reps
Close Grip Barbell Curl
3 Sets of 8 Reps
Spider Curl
1 Set of 50 Reps (25 Close, 25 Wide)
