Welcome to my second episode of Question Wednesday.
I’ve been a cabin crew/flight attendant for almost 4 years. That means I’ve been jet lagged for almost 4 years. Fatigue and insomnia became a “normal” things for me and it’s taking a huge toll on my body and mind. I have an advantage that exercising and nutrition became my passion and that’s exactly the reason why I wanna share it with all of you.
In this video I talk about jet lag and the techniques I use to fight it. I also talk about how alcohol, Melatonin and Panadol Night affect your body.
Also going through some natural ways I use to have better sleep - Meditation and Yoga.
