New housing model focuses on how nearby services improve residents’ lives

At Mercy Housing, we have the incredible opportunity of providing new homes, amenities, and services to the community of Sunnydale. And we couldn't do it without the support of Wells Fargo.

Sunnydale is more than just a place to call home. It's a place for the residents to thrive. It's a vibrant and intentionally designed community, one designed with the community's needs in mind, with not only housing, but also wraparound resident services to help them succeed.

The goal is to give people access to the services and supports that they need to thrive and access their dreams.

Our free Book Nook from the Children's Book Project. The Hub living room, this is an opportunity for people to come, get coffee, to share a meal, to co-work, to meet with their friends and play games.
This is called the Golden Gate Room, which is also our dance and fitness room. Our Book Nook at The Hub, this is a place where there's free books and free games. You can come here, record a podcast, record your own song, or learn how to deejay.
