✨INGREDIENTS✨
Single serving
Eggs/Andae 2
Egg white/Ande ki safidi 1
Oil/Tael 7ml
Onion/Pyaz 20g
Tomato/Tamatar 20g
Spring Onions/Hari Pyaz
Green chillies/Hari mirchaen
Coriander/Dhaniya
Salt/Namak to taste
Turmeric/Haldi powder 1/4 tspn
Coriander/ Dhaniya powder 1/2 tspn
Cumin/Zeera powder 1/3 tspn
Red chilli/Laal Mirch powder 1/2 tspn
✨RECIPE✨
To 7ml oil add chopped onion, white part of spring onion & fry till translucent on low flame
Add tomato & cook for 30 seconds
Add spices & cook for a minute
Add in chopped Green chillies and some spring onion’s green
To this, add in whisked eggs and keep stirring whilst breaking the eggs
Flame should be low throughout, it will allow eggs to cook thoroughly
At the end, add coriander & spring onion’s green
High Protein Khagina is ready to be devoured ✨
Serve it with a bran slice or 2
