Описание:
Start kneeling with a cable stack or band secured to your right.
Grab the cable or band and take one or two steps away so you have to resist its pull.
Engage through your core by drawing your belly button to your spine and pressing down through your knees to engage your hips.
Without letting the cable rotate your torso, step one foot forward as though you are about to lift into a lunge.
Return to kneeling, then repeat on the other leg.
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
Then turn so the cable stack or band is to your left and repeat for desired number of reps.
