All you need is a pair of light-medium set of dumbbells. I'm personally using 5 lbs, but don't worry if you have different weights; you can easily adapt the routine to your strength level – and guess what? You can even do this workout without any weights at all, using just your body weight!

This workout is designed to target those arm muscles, giving you that toned and defined look you've been aiming for. And the best part? It'll only take 10 minutes of your day!

So, grab your dumbbells let's tone those arms together! We'll be sweating, burning, and pushing ourselves to new limits – all while having fun. Whether you're looking to tone your arms, increase strength, or simply add some variety to your exercise routine, this ARM WORKOUT is perfect for you!!
