Mom. Beginner pole dancer. I'm writing my 40+ A Perfect New Start story.

I’ve always loved movement — in my twenties I swam and surfed, in my thirties I rode longboards and dived underwater. In my forties, I picked up snowboarding, but the seasonal nature meant I needed something more consistent.

That’s when I found pole dance — a way to move comfortably indoors, reconnect with my sensual, free-spirited self, and express pure joy without worrying about the sun, any season, any time. After years dedicated to marriage and raising my little one, I’m slowly regaining the me who loves to move, laugh, and just be. Pole dance is my happy place — where I find my purest smile and balance in life.

媽媽、鋼管舞初學者，正在寫我四十歲故事「完美的新開始」。

我一直熱愛運動，二十幾歲游泳和衝浪，三十幾歲玩長板和潛水。四十歲接觸了滑雪板，但滑雪板有季節性，很多時間不能練習。於是我開始找尋其他運動，剛好選了鋼管舞：不用曬太陽、舒適自在、無論什麼季節、任何時候，都能自由舞動。

曾經為了婚姻與育兒全心付出多年，我慢慢找回那個愛運動、愛笑、純粹的自己。鋼管舞是我的快樂所在，在這裡，我找回最純淨的笑容，也找回生活的平衡。
