Welcome to 5 Minutes Low Impact High-Intensity Full Body Workout! This workout includes 10 exercises of 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. You don't need any equipment and you can do this workout anywhere. You can do between 3 to 5 rounds. I hope you enjoy it. If you need a break, take it, don't worry about that, you will improve over time.
