In this tutorial, you will learn how to make an easy Irish Crochet Lace Motif. It is a simple shamrock design but you will learn the techniques used in making Irish crochet motifs that it crocheting over a padding cord and making the picot.FREE Pattern Below!
sl st onto the middle of the cord thread. Working over the cord, make 18dc.
continue working over cord, 1dc into first dc to form a ring. Pull cord to tighten. Working over cord, 1dc into next dc.
*Working over cord only, make 11dc, 3ch, sl st into last dc (picot made), working over cord only make 10dc, working over cord make a dc in the 5dc on the center ring.
Repeat from * twice more.
1dc into next dc, sl st to 1st dc of rnd 2 and fasten off.
