In this tutorial you will learn how to crochet a lace snowflake to create a pair of Christmas snowflake earrings. FREE Pattern Below! We’re using all the stitches in this motif including, trebles, double trebles, double crochets and chains so a good understanding of making these stitches is necessary.


What you’ll need:
No.20 crochet cotton (any color)
1.25mm or 1.5mm crochet hook
Earring hooks

Pattern:

6ch, sl st into 1st ch to form a ring

4ch, into ring work, (1tr,1ch)x11, sl st into 3rd ch at beg of round.

1ch, 1dc into 1st 1ch sp, (6ch, 1dc into next 1ch sp, 4ch, 1dc into next 1ch sp)x5, 6ch, 1dc into next 1ch sp, 2ch, tr into 1st dc at beg of round.

1dc into same space, *2ch, into next 6ch sp work (1tr, 5ch, sl st into top of tr, 2xdbltr, 7ch, sl st into top of 2nd dbltr, 1dbltr, 1tr, 5ch, sl st into top of tr), 2ch, 1dc into next 4ch sp. Repeat from * 5 more times ending with a sl st in dc at beg of round and fasten off.

Sew in loose ends and attach to your earring hook.
