Happy New Year my friends. Here's a quick moving meditation for you!
Sometimes you just need a practice that hits all the right spots without overcomplicating things. That’s exactly what this 17-minute class is all about.
We’ll be starting in Child’s Pose before moving into a few Sun Salutations to get the blood flowing and the breath moving. We’ll spend some time in low lunges with a big overhead reach to really open up the front of the body, then cool everything down with a deep seated forward fold.
It’s simple, it’s effective, and it’s the perfect length for a morning wake-up or a mid-day break.
